Warranty Policy
Orders of a Gtech Vacuum, Carpet Sweeper, Wet & Dry Vacuum, Lawnmower, Grass Trimmer, Hedge Trimmer, or Power Tool are covered by a 2-year warranty.
All other products, such as spares and accessories, are covered by a 6-month warranty.
To qualify for your warranty, you’ll need proof of purchase.
Summary
- Your warranty starts on the date of purchase (or the delivery date if later).
- If your product is replaced during the warranty period, the original end date of the warranty will still apply.
- Any replaced parts or products will become the property of Gtech USA
- This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
What’s not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. belts, brush bars, batteries).
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or careless operation not in line with the user manual.
- Blockages — see your user manual for guidance on clearing these.
- Use of the product for anything other than normal domestic household purposes.
- Use of parts or accessories that are not genuine Gtech components.
- Repairs or alterations by anyone other than Gtech or its authorised agents.
- Purchases from unofficial third parties (not Gtech or an authorised retailer).

International orders
For international orders, delivery charges will apply for both faulty and non-faulty product returns.
