"Light weight, brilliant for under furniture, manoeuvres well, seems to lose charge quickly so on charge after every couple of uses, and the plastic bit keeps popping off from underneath, but it is so handy, so I am a bit disappointed"

Problem with connecting the poles

"The Gtech is ok. However following all instructions the middle part of the handle had a hole for the click to snap it together but nothing on the pole for it to click into. I had two independent people try to find what was wrong with it. On trying to use it it fell apart. I now have had to force the poles together but not the solution to the problem"

I bought a sweeper 10

"I bought a sweeper 10 years ago when it was on QVC and it was excellent. . it was a swivel… the new one catches on the tiles and revs even when you pull back it makes a rubber band noise. It picks up well in one direction. It’s ok for the kitchen. Definitely not as good as my old purple one."

Don’t waste your money

"Very poor quality brought for my 95 year old mother as she’s had a gtech for years and she found them easy to use but this one was cheap and nasty first the thing would not charge so had a new charger sent out still didn’t work the little box that collects the dirty was really had to open she couldn’t do it at all and even I really had to try hard to get open so just sent back customer service were uninterested so got money back"
