"I have one of the hand held vacs and love it so when I saw you now have cordless floor vacs I decided to try it. Have use Dyson-they die in 5 years. Have a Miele canister-it's like shoving around a street sweeper. Won't pick up dust off the LV flooring. Had been reduced to using the Gtech handheld. I'm 84 and 4'10. The Gtech did the whole house in less than an hour. Didn't eat the rug and cleaned it nicely. Pulled all the dust, dirt and cat hair out of the corners and off the flooring. My fingers are crossed for it to keep on doing this."

This is the best GTECH

"This is the best GTECH cleaner to date a big improvement over the original AIRRAM due to the build quality and the improved adjustable handle and anti hair wrap make this model worth every penny it glides over all surfaces picking up all debris into the superb easy to empty bin which you can see filling up as you vac. The brush bar can be easily removed and the hair comb provided makes it easy to clean any entangled cotton etc. A QUICK WIPE DOWN AND STORE IT YOU ARE DONE."

Very disappointed

"So disappointed! I’ve had a Gtech for many years and was looking forward to this upgrade. However…. The handle is too tall - even though I’m over 5ft 6 and as it requires much more effort than my old gtech, it made my shoulder ache after only a few minutes of use. Anti hair wrap feature sadly did not really work for me - significant amounts of hair stubbornly wrapped round the roller brush, again after a very short use in one room. Since a special tool to remove hair is included presumably you know that hair wrap is still a problem. And the tool itself was not very effective so I had to resort to scissors. I have now returned it for a refund!"

"I love my airRAM Anti Hair Wrap Vacuum so much I have bought one for my daughter as well, she is thrilled with hers too. It is so easy to use, emptying all the dust and hairs is a doddle, we both have dogs, so there is plenty of that. I have recently been widowed so I am having to do all the little jobs that my husband would have done I. E putting new appliances together, I managed to put the AirRAM together without any difficulty at all, so, thankyou Nick for a brilliant piece of kit"

Who needs a Dyson!

"This was recommended by a friend. Having used it many times I am very pleased with the job it does. It's light to use, battery lasts well over an hour with no loss of suction. I can easily vacuum my two bedroom apartment with one charge and plenty left over. Very easy to empty and to clean the filter. Prefer it to my Dyson."

Poor machine, good customer service

"The machine I ordered arrived with a scuffed and marked on-button, which made me think it had been supplied before and returned. I tried to assemble the handle but the internal fittings were poorly tooled to the extent that the two pieces could not be fitted together. On the plus side, customer service was excellent with the return being easy to arrange and a refund made promptly."
