"After 16 months ownership, I have to say I’m very disappointed with the upright vacuum. It’s used as a 2nd vacuum for upstairs on,y, with Dyson used for main duties. In that time both wheels have broken off, but fair play to g-tech replaced them with no quibble. However now motor has started making a screeching noise so can no longer be used. Meanwhile the 5 year old Dyson battles on with no problems"

"Had mine 9 months now but still have to use my corded vac. G tech is not good on thick carpets. The battery suddenly goes dead once it’s on 2 bars so little warning mid cleaning. The hand hold is good on stairs but I cannot change the attachments as it’s difficult no impossible to remove the stairs attachment."
"I ordered a Gtech Airam on 19th January for my father costing £300. The Hoover has been used only a handful of times and now the handle is stuck. It will only go down so far, and can't use as the Hoover doesn't sit flat on the floor. If any further pressure is placed on the handle it feels like it will snap. For the amount of money paid, I feel this product is of a poor quality."

Really pleased with it, these are my fave features; *its quiet *it lights up at the front *battery lasts for a decent length of time *you can see the battery life so know when to charge *so easy to assemble *separate mini handset with own charger is a better design than 2 in 1 as battery lasts longer on each"
