Do not waste your money

"This is a real poor quality product which is not suitable for a real good clean. Cannot get into corners unless you have the car kit which I did also purchase, but still not suitable for a good clean. Both the wheels fell off of mine and the handle is so stiff you cannot put it up and down so had to keep at one length. Would not of given it one star but had to to write review. A lot of money for an inferior product. Only useful if you need a quick whip round, but wouldn’t pay so much for that. Just wanted to make sure you don’t make the same mistake as I have."

Loved it at first, but not now

"Had this a few months now, and I wouldn't say that I am a heavy user. Unfortunately 2 wheels have already come off and the red felt on the underneath is worn away. I am really disappointed. When I have a hair cut, it takes a real effort to suck everything up too. Wouldnt buy again despite loving it at first."

One year on. . .

"I bought an AirRam K9 as our first go at a cordless vacuum cleaner. We enjoyed the fresh look of the new kit and liked the quiet noise and LED lights. Unfortunately after a short while we realised that although the battery life is good compared to other cordless cleaners, the actual cleaning of the units aren’t great. The upright cleaner is ok on some floors in our house but does prefer to push dirt around rather than suck it up. The handheld cleaner is poor. Doesn’t suck anything other than light dust - and that’s with the shortest fitting. It could just be me and this is just how cordless cleaners are but I need something better. One year on, unfortunately I can’t say the last time we used the Gtech. We luckily kept our 10 year old corded cleaner which still does a better job."
